Science Olympiad is a competitive team that focuses on STEM activities. Students participate in events that range from written assessments to building structures. Students practice weekly from September to March in order to prepare for a local tournament and a state competition. Grades 3-5 may take a written test each September to try out for the team. There are 24 spots open each year, but returning members are first priority. Science Olympiad encourages our students to become problem solvers, think creatively, and to apply academic skills.
